Keys to google: When searching your business name.
If you search your business name yes will probably come up within a few weeks... This means your business is the only one with the name amd you searched for it. This doesn’t mean you have a ranking of 1,2,3 or even on the first page in your industry.
1. You want people to search for the service or product they are looking for in their area and your business comes up not search directly for your business. You’re a new business owner no one knows about you so 9/10 times it’s your friends searching your site... said friends don’t usually buy in.
How to do this...
1. Marketing
A. Targeting
B. Building your online presence;
C. Reviewing your analytics to assess which post or what type of content receives the most engagement, reviewing the times of day and what days of the week receive the most engagement and continuing on that roll whatever it looks like;
2. You have to lead your audience somewhere. Ask Jaleel I’ve made the mistake of posting without directing the audience where I want them to go for them to take the next course of action!
3. Make yourself relevant
4. Produce content constantly; engaging content. Have the “friends” engage on your post. Rules to engagement: Engagement is not!!!!
❌1. You’re so pretty
❌2. I’m so proud of you Actually engage and respond to what the post is about.
Drop a recommendation, or a comment inquiring for more information! Although our friends and family love us and they’re proud... they’re not really helpful with their “your pretty” comments. Engage in a business manner!!
3. You literally have to tell people what to do step by step believe it or not. The more engagement you have with your business the more relevant it becomes, YES this is a popularity contest! You are a brand! You want your brand to be popular. Popularity = attention = presence = conversion = 🤑🤑🤑🤑💰💵💸💶🪙💷 There are a quite a few more steps but this should get you started. The more engagement you have the stronger your presence. Remember presence doesn’t matter if there’s no conversion.
